3 Realizations From Building and Launching a New Offer in 30 Days

In the past month, we built, launched, and scaled a completely new offer at Atticus – and I’d be lying if I said it was easy. 3 of the biggest realizations I’ve had (and what you need to know before launching your next product):

1 — If it’s not systemized, it’s not scalable:

If you aren’t documenting your process, you’re flying blind.

I’m talking step-by-step SOPs, links to assets, clear repeatable processes, templates that can be repeated across different accounts.

You don’t want to spend half your day digging through Google Drive or Slack trying to find a single doc.

If it’s documented, it’s able to be delegated. And if it’s able to be delegated, it’s scalable.

2 — Leverage AI and automations:

The offer runs entirely on the back of AI and automations. We first built a GTM infrastructure that scaled our company. We found out what works (and what doesn’t).

Now we’re building that same infrastructure for our clients.

  • Custom GPTs
  • Smart workflows
  • Content systems that scale

But we could only do it because we leaned into the tools available to us.

Truth is, AI isn’t something to fear. It’s the ultimate multiplier… *if* you know how to use it right.

3 — “Move fast and break things” is a myth:

Yes, you need to move fast (incredibly fast). But build something that works from day one – not something that breaks down and can’t be used.

The “break things” mindset assumes failure is a feature. But the reality is, if you break things, that just means you didn’t build something solid to begin with.

So instead? Build fast and improve faster.

Create a workable MVP, launch it, then iterate on the feedback and insight you get along the way.

Speed matters. But your reputation matters 10x more.
